Compared with standard treatment: Hormonal therapy , anti-inflammatory pain relievers, and surgery remain the evidence-based options.

Good to know: Many people with endometriosis are trying to conceive; avoid cannabis while trying to become pregnant, during pregnancy , and while breastfeeding.

What to ask for: No product has been tested in a completed trial. If you and your practitioner decide to try it for pain, follow the Chronic pain approach: a low dose of an oral THC-containing or balanced 1:1 product, adjusted slowly .
